The qualifying standard is at 14-10, but there are auto qualifiers for each section. Like Southern Section got to send 5 people plus whoever made the mark, and LA probably got to send like 2 people or something...

moving the meet untill later? CIF Finals

So rumor has it that because of the heat that is supposed to roll into the Mt. Sac area this weekend, the meet may be turned into a night meet. With events starting around 4 and finishing under the lights. I'd much rather do it that way compared to being on the track at 1 when its over 90 out there....

raise your grip on the 14 foot pole all the way. above the pink is okay if you're jumping on poles over your weight. once you get that down, go to a softer 15 footer, like 15 pounds softer, and hold a little lower than you were on the 14 footer... yea, southern california has it pretty bad. One day too hot at 80, then it drops to freezing at like 68. overall we can deal with it tho...
