Skypole E-Zplant?
is it okay for a 5 foot 92 lb beginner to use a 12 foot sky pole E-Z plant with a weight rating of 120 to grow into? What makes it E-Z plantable? I have practiced on a sky pole 120 weight rating and it wasn't that heavy it was the same as the 95 MyStic

We practice at this club its inside of and old warehouse plenty of space for 2 or more pits plus training equipment, it isn't pretty but it works

Scared of the bar/bungee
hi I have a hard time getting over the bar/bungee. everyone says I am great without anything there but when the bungee gets put up: I miss the box, stutter step, bend my arms,etc. Yesterday At practice I was practicing on a different pit alone and a bungee was at 10 feet and I couldn't get it down s...
