Saw this on Facebook and thought it would be good to pass it on. I think it should apply to all athletes regardless of their level of competition.

The final winning height was 5.25 (17' 2.75") i think. That 15-11 might be the results for "Nike Track Nationals" which was a separate competition for teams.
