The term 'Penetration'
I keep seeing this word pop up in the articles I've been reading, but I'm confused by what is meant by this, or where and when it's happening in the course of a vault! Any helpful answers would be greatly appreciated.

Upstate NY
Anyone know anywhere in upstate NY where someone can vault off season? Any help would be great, I've been looking for months, so I am desperate. I know that there's a place in Warsaw, but if there is anywhere else out there, it would be great to know.

I had this problem for most of my outdoor season. I found it very easy to undo the habit (easier than switching hands- which I tried), when an assistant coach showed me a quick and easy drill.
