hill sprints can be good... not only does sprinting up hills help build speed, but it also encourages good technique becaus you need to use high knees... another thing is to do dynamics while concentrating dorsoflexing the ankle (toe pointing up) one thing our cc team does is train around the baseba...

my high school track team does cinco de mayo relays every year, and that's one of the events... but ours is done with three people on each pole and a 4X200 style instead of 2x200... it is fun

you break the tent used for your graduation party by trying to pole vault over it the main decorations for your grad party are all the poles you've jumped on since seventh grade you vault off a dock because that's the closest thing you can find to a runway and pit you use a snow pile for early seaso...

I just got my laptop for college, and I'm hopin to download some sort of pole vault screensaver, anyone know a website i can get one from??

I've been told that poles will only break if they're damaged... so these 2 schools either A. dont take very good care of they're poles or B. the poles are old and haven't been taken care of over the years

Florida got lucky that the Ohio players are dee dee dee's and injured one of their best players... Florida would have won anyways because they played a great game.

I'm no doctor, but I'm gunna guess that he wont be able to dive, and I think that would prolly keep him from vaulting too.
