Yucky blister on the back of my right foot, and a constantly tight left hamstring... nothing life-threatening... but they suck. Because both of my legs are messed up, I look really funny running. :(

I need help!!

Hi... I am from a no-name school in the pole vault in CA, and I have been getting horribly frustrated the past few weeks because my coach knows NOTHING about the vault, and I am no longer progressing. We actually got a "skydex" this year when our entire facility was re-done. It's a litle different from what I am used to, but I like it. Other people that have jumped on it have mixed opinions. My coach trains up straight through both seasons. We have about 2 weeks of a break of seasons... and my coach uses those 2 weeks to heavily train and condition. Although it is hard to find the motivation to continue the hard training, it usally lets all us athletes peak at the right time. ;)

Nicknames... hmmm... well, my name is Dawn, and these are some that I have gotten: "Donatello" (like the Teenage Mutent Ninga Turtle- I was wearing a purple shirt to practice), "Dawnster the Monster" and "Country" (I moved to L.A. from a small country town in Southern California)
