Mover to a shorter pole.
Thats what I figured. You are holding down over 18" from the top of a pole rated at your body weight. For every 6 inches you go down, the pole gets about 10 pounds stiffer so you are effectively jumping on a 12 foot 190. Check the table here: http://www.skyjumpers.com/articles/pvprogressiontabl...

I think there are 2 reasons you aren't getting more feedback on this video. #1 Your jump looks pretty darn good. #2 The Youtube video is small, grainy, the frame rate seems low, and like all Youtube videos, hard to pause. Run Back or not?
Yesterday at my son's meet there was about a 15mph tail wind. Everybody jumped poorly. Even 2 guys who normally go over 12' no-heighted at 11. On review of the video, my son, who's takeoff is normally on, was way under every jump. This left me wondering if running back into the wind to set his start...

Flying away too soon?
It looks to me like you are getting too much seperation between yourself and the pole during the pull turn. You may be just drifting off the pole or trying to fly away too soon.
