We have this 'ladder' where based on our height lines are placed in certain places and the lines get farter apart so you have to run a certain speed to step on the lines.

I don't think I've ever vaulted with my standards closer than 24in

My mom tryed to make me wear a helmet when I vaulted in high school. Then again she also tryed to ground me my first week in college.

Eww, you know what's a sucky place to vault? Bainbridge Island High school. The standards are way to close and the mats are really small and last time I was there they had to use a rope for a cross bar. It was awful. I refuse to vault there because I don't want to die. any who.
