Looks to me like you can get off your stick earlier from the vault in competition. You already had height for the bar...let go of your pole so it doesn't kill your momentum over the bar.

Hey,

Thanks for the comments, I moved to a 5 step approach on a softer stick and really worked on my technique for 3 straight weeks with no full approaches. We had our conference track meet this weekend and I PR'd with a mark of 15'11'' and took 1st!
