ive notice that every time i order a nike shoe it seems to run small. my first pair of spikes i orderd from them i orderd a half size up and they were still quite snugg, then i orderd another pair that were 1 size up from normal and they were a little big. How about the duo of Armand "Mondo" Duplantis and Greg Duplantis. Not that high with a combining 7'8" with 19'1/4" but just give it about 10-15 years and i think we might see a great father son combo.

Finding your steps.. need help fast!

What would be the easiest way to find the right step at a meet on a runway you have never ran on befor. My steps seem to change with every runway I use... For instance, at my friends house my 6 step is 69', at one of the schools we go to it is 70'6", and can even range from 68-71.5 I always tak...

Coach Eric Morell... he is basicaly the reason there is pole vault in North Carolina and has coached nearly every state champion over the past 10 years. He also runs camps every weekend and rents out probably over a hundred poles to athletes whos schools wont supply the propper equipment.

i think my plant was too late... yesterday i jumped and the 13' 155 carbon was easy, i even moved up to the top of a 13' 160 carbon... ive just always had a problme timing my plant and having it off to the side at take off

its same result even if i keep the hand hold the same.... if i hold the skypole at the top i crush it but if i hold the carbon at the top i barely break the plane.
