I know that the topic below this is about that . I wanted to know if there were any websites that debate over weather they should be worn our not. I think i am going to do a paper on it. I need to find some website sources though.

Anyone have an answer to my question about working out?

Trust me I eat. I just don't gain weight. I eat healthy foods but I also eat junk food.

I'm in college now and I have access to a gym for free. I have never really lifted and I'm looking for a workout program. I wanna try to gain some weight and muscle to. Right now I weigh about 135 and I am 6 ft.

I saw recently the olympics and in the final 4 vaulters it was 2 french vaulters and 2 american vaulters and earl bell was one of them. He either got 3rd or fourth

I am suprised that no one has mentioned this yet but there is going to be the first ever beach vault in NJ(well first I think ).

Well I to am a 12ft vaulter and I probably wont be able to walk on at arizona state so does anyone know of any good coaches out there?

I'm going. I am going to arizona state so its much more closer then it was when i was in nj.

My brother is out there cause he goes to college at UCDavis and im trying to go there and tape for me.
