does anyone have a video of someone doing the wall drill where you put your pole against a wall and do like a three step, jump up, and someone pushes your shoulders? im trying to explain it to someone and they dont get it. =]

there are typically summer clinics held around the area. slippery rock university and vertical assault in bath,PA have some big ones. also , you can sometimes join summer track clubs with USTAF. i dont know about competitions. im sure theyre around. hope that helps? http://www.rockathletics.com/inde...

i really just started back up. we dont have a coach for the indoor season so ive had to take off for awhile. ive pretty much tried moving my grip around everywhere but i cant quite get it right.

im really happy about this.
noone wants to breath in smoke.
especially not athletes olympic or fans trying to compete or watch.

ive been vaulting for a year now. i was practicing at a nearby school on their indoor pit and everytime i went up my hands slid on my pole. ive never had this problem before. does anyone know why all of a sudden this has become a problem and/or how to fix it?
