it wasnt as straight as usual, usually i break it down after my back is parallel to the ground, so i guess i could work on that

14'7" needs some help

This is me jumping 14'7" for a school record, but my form fell apart on this jump, so im open to any help or constructive criticizing. Rip it apart... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkPSkTi4elo I weigh 110 pounds I'm 5'6" The pole is a 14'1" UCS spirit 145lb I am gripping at 13'5"...

around here if anybody has stopped their run but the tip of the pole goes past the back of the box, even without touching anything it is a miss for "breaking the plane" is this correct procedure
