a stubbed toe is no laughing matter. It can cause great discomfort. I am sorry you had to endure such trauma.

here is a good one for you
this wasn't me, but my coach. He was vaulting by himself when his pole broke. The initial blow (the top part of the pole) hit him in the head leaving quite a large gash, while the second blow (the bottom part of the pole) hit him in the rib cage causing his lung to burst, He ended up having an air b...

ASU?
does anyone know what kind of program they have. It is really just an after thought here because I am at UC Irvine now, but I almost went to ASU. I decided against it because I wanted to stay in Cali. Anyway, I am just curious to know what kind of vault program they have there. Thanks

Im actually impressed
I'm pretty impressed with what he has done. First of all, when he was 20, or the equivalent of a soph in college, he jumped 18'4 1/2''. Also he just took 2 years completely away from athletics of any kind and within 6 months he got back into shape and is vaulting 18' again. Thats impressive. I saw h...

most definately felt it
I Pr'd first meet. Jumped 16' which was a 4 inch pr, but it was indoors on february 1st. After that i started to mess with my run because it was a major probem and I was never able to get used to it during the season. I got 15'7'' a bunch of times and then choked at 16'1''. This summer i should be a...

The guy from BYU
While it is true that he is a rather old freshman, the fact is that he jumped 18'4.5'' BEFORE he went on his mission. That means that before he was 19 years of age he jumped that high. Scary thing is that he isn't quite back in shape yet after his mission and can only get better from here.

then maybe you would understand..
why i got kinda mad when you took a shot at my friend BJ. It is kind of the same principle as him taking a shot at your coach. it made me mad. I tried not to be completely disrespectful in that i did mention that with outdooors you will vault higher. I know you will. You are a good vaulter. But ya, ...

well, aren't we the cocky one Mr. Moore
Yes, you won the state title in HS last year. Good job, we are all proud of you. So how is college going so far? I noticed that you jumped a whopping 15'6''. Wow. I am impressed. I am sure, however, that with outdoors, you will vault much better than you are now. You are a better vaulter than 15'6''...
