Running 4L on a form day. Gripping 12-8 on a 13' 160lbs sky-pole bungee at 14-6 sagging to around 14' after slowing the video down I feel like I'm not coming off the top of the pole. After a disappointing meet, I spent hours outside running my steps outside wit chalk on my feet until my takeoff foot was at the same spot every time. I still think that I'm still a little bit under but I feel like it is an improvement over last week.

Thanks for the advice! Ive got a competition tomorrow any ideas on a quick fix for the problem. My steps are usually consistent, but over the past couple weeks they have been very erratic.

Thanks for all of the advice. I have spent a lot of time over the past couple days working with a slide box and a high bar. I competed yesterday and got a good side angle video. Standards were off but it was an 11 ft clear.

Thanks for the advice. I see what you are saying about the swinging and stretching. I'm not sure what you mean about the run and the plant. Any Ideas on how I can fix this?

I feel like Im having trouble inverting and the top of my vault is really ugly. It also gets worse when I use a bar.
