The Vault-A-Thon was a great success!!!
The event raised over $15,000 dollars for UCSD Pole Vault. They plan on building stands by the pole vault so people can actually watch the pole vault and a new marquee for the track as well.

I will be there.
I am planing on jumping as well, we shall see how that goes.

With nine officials at the pole vault it ran well and was done in a timely manner. I just wish they knew the rules better they did not follow maximum hand grip rules as stated on the usatf website. maybee they could have given more than 45 minutes to warm up with 33 kids in the wind and rain. There was rain throughout warmups and the first half of the competition, had to stop in the middle of competition for 30-40 minutes because it was raining to hard.

We always have fun, the last day is meet day with food music and of course pole vault.
I usually jump on the last day as well; that alone is worth it!
