A pop-up is a basic warm-up version of polevaulting. It's very minaturized. Anyway, you've probably done a bunch of them without knowing the terminology. Awww man, my mom is so cool. Yeah she came up to our conference meet this weekend, and of course it was rainy and cold. Ehh whatever, it's like that every year. Nothing new. But anyways, I'm not retiring, but I only have two more collegiate meets possible. I have another year of school, so I'm gonna...

nice jump Brian. Now if we could just get you to hold high enough to bend a pole. What would that be... like 17'6'' or 18'. All you would need is like a 2 and a half foot push-off and you'd get 20 feet. Just kidding. But seriously, nice jump. You should be knockin on 5.60.

Gataullin- 3

Ok fine... 6.10m... whatever. I'm sure everybody understands that only one man has done it so far. You are right about the technique part. We all could use some work there.

Bad luck sucks, but usually it gives up on you sometimes. That's what you call probability.

Atleast, that is what I have been able to see so far I agree tat a straight arm at the plant does not mean "jamming the arm...
