i agree with slick vt... Ive seen russ jump a few times this year, especially at texas, first attempt make at 5.60, i bet he will earn a place this year.

what really hurts are your hands after the vibration, or wherever the remaining portions of the pole hits your body(rips, back, stomach, forehead) theyre pretty hard and moving pretty fast. :crying:

i know that pool in Knoxville!, so do a lot of the boys and girls that went there after the sec outdoor champs there last year. Does anyone else remember getting busted by the cops and almost getting arrested? ;)
