First meet of the season

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUlKbXlSnTs This is my 10' jump - I have videos of other jumps; didn't clear 10'6". I'm 156 pounds on a 12' 170 pole. I barely managed to get over this...from the looks of it my left arm still isn't collapsing and I'm not really inverting. Well, time for you guys ...

I'm vouching for Dell - never had a problem with them, and you can get some pretty good deals if you're patient (like the $750 off of $2000 coupon) - makes for add ons like better batteries easier on the wallet...

I've got the smae problem.

However, one good piece of advice - never be inside if you kkeep your arm straight - kills the deltoid (or it hurts really, really bad)

Take a little bit of time off (IMO) to let it heal - heat whatever is necessary; you'll feel better when you come back a day or two later.

Works for me anyways, except for some spots around my knees...

I'd say just keep practicing with it up. On the other hand, just don't get too used to it - Erm, I've gotten to the point where I can't relaly jump without it at the moment :deadrose:

I agree, I love having some humidity, as when vaulting, normally my hands get ridiculously dry.

Heh, I've gotten good at taking second. Good luck man...today was interesting...vault off to see who would go to the Hornell meet (basically second biggest meet of the season).
