I've got the smae problem.

However, one good piece of advice - never be inside if you kkeep your arm straight - kills the deltoid (or it hurts really, really bad)

Take a little bit of time off (IMO) to let it heal - heat whatever is necessary; you'll feel better when you come back a day or two later.

I'd say just keep practicing with it up. On the other hand, just don't get too used to it - Erm, I've gotten to the point where I can't relaly jump without it at the moment

I agree, I love having some humidity, as when vaulting, normally my hands get ridiculously dry.

I may give this a shot on Monday or Tuesday, but I have to work on inverting first...
