Re: How the bottom arm should be used

Should never need to 'fix this' if the pole is carried and planted properly. However I am on the road in England at the moment so don't have time to do more that refer you to 'The plant for ambitious young athletes' in BTB. When I get settled I will add some more as it has become increasingly obviou...

Re: The One-Arm Drill

If you say you have those specific uses for it old son I will take your word for it. I think you should expand your rationale here because I believe that the one arm drill is often used by coaches without any understanding of either its value or its limitations. They just use it because it looks dif...

The key with any drill is - ...

Re: Commonwealth Games Men's Results

In your dreams Morrie - the USA left the British Empire in the late 18th Century so Jeff would not have been eligible to compete in these games which is for countries that were formerly members of that Empire. Of course you could always try to rejoin.

Re: Kurtis Maschall - Aus

In all of the debate about which is the best model of vaulting - or even whether there is one best model - I can only restate that the Petrov model is probably/arguably the easiest to introduce to young athletes. So all of our athletes in Adelaide are following this model with some success -at least...
