I need as many drills as possible to help me indrease my agility in about a month and a half. Any help would be much appreciated

its not just cbs, whenever any meet is on tv, whether it be cbs, nbc, or espn, they focus on the major running events for 1 hour 57 min, and show a glimpse of the field events for the rest. oh, and then you have commercials.

At one home meet they had music playing, and during both my vault and the 400 meter hurdles and did not even notice music in the background. I was kinda disapointed about that because during my 400 hurdle race they played "lowrider"

My coach once told me at sectionals, "I would rather have you jump 11 feet and get first place then you get 14 feet and not even place." I don't know about you all, but when he told me this I got extremely pissed, to the point where I was about to flip out.

Right now I am stuck at 13 feet while vaulting on a 165 14ft pole. I weigh only 154, I get good spring from my pole but I cant seem to vault over my grip. I am getting verticle in the air but just seem to hit the bar whenever I turn. My coach isn't much help and no matter how hard I study videoclips...

Aside from vaulting my coach puts me in the 400 hurdles, triple jump, 110 hurdles, plus 100, 200, and 400, depending on what he sees fit for the day.

I will be vaulting at the University at Albany in the fall. So it looks like we are going to be rivals.

The winds are going to remiain in that direction forever. Trust Me!! Ever since I started vaulting the winds at our pit have always pushed against me. And to make it worse, The sun is always dead in our eyes so, not only are we constrained by the wind, but we are also blinded by the sunlight.

you would still know what the bar is at because you have to tell the official what height you are opening at

I have recently been excepted into the University at Albany and will be vaulting there next year. I just want to know if anyone else has commited to any schools to vault at?
