Re: Charlie Brown does it again!

Nadine O'Connor confirms that Charlie's jump was off a regulation runway, and not the raised runway they use.

The meet was USATF-sanctioned, so the record should go through.

It's official from the Medical Examiner's Office in San Diego:

What a tragic loss, especially for someone bright enough to attend an elite academic school.

Re: UCSD Vaulter Leon Roach injured/possibly killed in practice

Reporters at the San Diego Union-Tribune also say medical examiner has no info on this.

Does anyone know someone at UCSD who was a witness to the accident?

Vaulter filched step marker, high jumper says

Charlie Rader, a former M45 world record holder in the high jump, has lost his cherished step marker. Re: NEW WORLD PV RECORD ON ESSX ! W40

Close, but no cigar. :o

The W40 world record is 3.60, so Irie is a little short.

No doubt she'll go higher this year, though.

Share details of 2009 PV Summit

Hi, all

When U get a chance, report how things went at the Summit.

I had to miss it again this year -- but only because I don't know how to vault.

Feel free to write me at TrackCEO(at)aol.com
