Are you supposed to pull down once you've completed your swing and brought the pole to your ankles? Or do you start to pull down after you drop your shoulders and get vertical? Also, do you pull down with your top hand, bottom hand or both?

whats the job of the top hand then if its not supposed to push?

I seem to have a problem pushing the pole once i start swinging up. I just cant seem to figure out how to push the pole upwards while im upside down. Also, what is my bottom hand suppose to do the entire time?
