my first practice on a new pole i went up and it snapped forward really fast, so I let go of the pole with both hands and flipped in the air and landed upside down with my head on the mat right before the box. I almost landed with my head in the box, it was pretty scary.

how good do I have to be?

hey all,
I am a 16 year old female, if I want to vault at a D1 school, about how high would I have to be jumping by my senior year?
