11-0 to 11-6 might get some money at a smaller school either small D1 or D2 but it wont get much at a major (like Big Ten) college! But in Illinois - Illinois State, Eastern, SIUE, SIUC might be some options for you!

tips for back 1. time off will help but do some rehab too - twisting exercises to help stabalize the back - bar twists, russian twists, etc. - see a trainer, get stim if you can, it will accelerate the healing 2. You have a repetition injury. I would back off of vaulting in general, cut down to 2-3 ...

Therefore, as a coach, I make sure to develop strength relative to the speed development of the athlete. All freshman are developed in vaulting and overall strength first, then I make them fast. The st...

Just a response to the no full ride or scholarship thing.... I am an assistant field events coach. I would love to give a ton of money to the vault but it would not fly with my head coach at all, why, because the way a head coach looks at it, you all only do one event. Now I am not saying it is righ...

pullups, push ups and dips are good strength too if you are just starting in the weight room. then handstand push ups or walking on your hands. then don't forget your abs - leg L's, double leg eagles, roll backs, v-sits. but cleans are an awesome lift and everyone should do them, they make you an ex...

I know this is a pole vault forum, but I am trying to drum up interest in my javelin clinic here at Portland State University. So I am hoping there are some multi event athletes out there or you can forward this to your throwing friends! Saturday, November 23rd - Viking Javelin School 9:00 AM - 5:00...
