Chad Kelsey is a pole vaulting coach in Kansas who was arrested Wednesday and is being charged with rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts of unlawful sexual relations and two counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The captain of the Paola Police Department says that the investigation revealed a pattern of grooming by Chad and while they have allegedly found two victims so far, they believe there could be more.
